Bee-Hyve

Child Safety Standards

Bee-Hyve is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. Bee-Hyve has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) material or behavior on our platform. These Child Safety Standards describe how Bee-Hyve prevents, detects, and responds to CSAE and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Zero-Tolerance Policy on CSAE

Bee-Hyve strictly prohibits any content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or encourages the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of minors (CSAE). This applies to all text, images, video, audio, links, and metadata shared through the app. Any violation results in immediate account termination, removal of the offending content, and reporting to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.

Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years old to create a Bee-Hyve account. Profiles found to belong to minors are removed immediately and the associated account is permanently terminated.

In-App Reporting & User Feedback Mechanism

Any Bee-Hyve user can report inappropriate content, behavior, or suspected CSAE/CSAM directly through the in-app Support screen, which submits a ticket to our safety team. Reports may also be sent by email to safety@beehyve.app. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and confirmed harmful content is removed immediately. The in-app reporting mechanism is available to every user at no cost and without leaving the app.

Proactive Detection of CSAM

Bee-Hyve uses automated screening and human review to identify and remove CSAE material and CSAM. Suspected illegal imagery is hashed and reported to NCMEC's CyberTipline. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety.

Method for Addressing CSAM & Enforcement Actions

When CSAM is identified on Bee-Hyve, we take the following steps: (1) remove the content immediately, (2) permanently ban the offending account and delete associated data, (3) preserve evidence as required by law, and (4) report the incident to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement agencies. Repeat or severe violations result in permanent device-level bans.

Compliance with Applicable Laws

Bee-Hyve complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety, including reporting obligations under the PROTECT Our Children Act and cooperation with NCMEC and international child protection authorities.

Child Safety Contact

For child safety concerns, suspected CSAE, or CSAM reports, contact the Bee-Hyve child safety team at safety@beehyve.app. Reports may also be submitted anonymously through the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
